CANCELLATION POLICY
* Same-day cancellations will be charged 75% of the scheduled service. * Cancellations within less than 48 hours of your appointment will be charged 50% of scheduled service. * No-shows will be charged 75% and may result in a ban from future bookings. * A valid card must be on file to book an appointment. * Grace period is 10 minutes I’ll do my best to accommodate you. However, if you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or canceled to avoid delays for other clients.
